What 's an ADHD Life Coach ?
While a Life Coach helps with general life challenges like goal setting, overcoming obstacles, and creating a path to success, this surface-level approach often doesn't resolve our underlying ADHD issues. An ADHD Life Coach goes deeper - bringing specialised expertise to address the root causes behind ADHD struggles, maximising success for our unique ADHD brains. Coaching can also be invaluable for those who support individuals with ADHD.

Do I need a diagnosis?
Whether you have an ADHD diagnosis, suspect you or someone you care about might have it, or simply want support—coaching is for you. Coaching is highly personalised because no two individuals are the same. Your struggles, strengths, values, and goals are unique, and so is the approach we take.

What is ADHD?
ADHD is a brain difference marked by an interest-driven focus, which enhances creativity and brings out unique strengths and positive qualities, allowing individuals to think outside the box and approach challenges with innovative solutions.
Due to an Executive Functioning impairment, some symptoms of ADHD can be particularly challenging and significantly impact daily life and self-esteem. The perception of weaknesses to overcome can feel like an identity, and the resulting guilt and shame can be overwhelming.
